Continuous Inkjet Printer
Today, the Continuous Ink Supply System (CISS) is one of the most effective ways to reduce the cost of printing with inkjet printers. Using the CISS is very beneficial for those who print frequently and in large quantities, such as color copying, instant printing of digital media, printing photos, posters and other promotional materials.
The principle behind how the CISS works is fairly simple; the device consists of ink tanks that are connected to the ink cartridges via a silicone tube. The ink tanks hold ink that is identical in color and performance to the original ink brand and are built like a Mariotte’s bottle; the tank constantly feeds the ink from the tank to the ink cartridges when printing.
Advantages of CISS:
High stability of print quality
Increased printer performance
Reduction in printing costs by 30-50x
Increased printhead resource
Continuous printing of large print jobs without the risk of stopping to replace an empty ink cartridge
Ability to refill ink tanks with different colors separately
Canon printer *, Epson printer* & Brother printer* are some of the printers we have that use refilling tanks.
